Kale first joined Hawkins & Co. in 2024 as a co-op student while completing the Business Administration program at St. Clair College. After graduating that spring, he transferred his credits to Nipissing University, where he went on to earn his Bachelor of Commerce in spring 2026.
Following his co-op, Kale returned to Hawkins & Co. as a contracted Tax Preparer before moving into a permanent role as a Processor and Tax Associate. Since then, he has continued building his experience in personal and corporate tax while developing his accounting skills.
Outside of work, Kale enjoys golfing in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, travelling whenever he gets the chance, and spending time with friends.
